I have been a customer with Totel for over four years now and am extremely pleased with their ongoing service and customer care.

We were previously with Orange and moved away from them at the same time as moving to Totel onto the Vodafone Tariff. We were struggling with reception at our premises and Totel were able to boost the signal within the building and when on the Vodafone network picked up mobile calls at all times.

Totel offer a fantastic personal service and any queries are dealt with immediately; we have one point of contact acting as our account manager and speak to him regularly if required.

We have a handful of Blackberry users and Totel have an excellent in house team who are fully qualified in this area.

Previously we only used to speak to the networks direct but as Totel are a Vodafone Premier Partner they were still able to offer us the same level of service and pricing plans, but additionally look after our car kits and offer us next day handset delivery & 24/7 support in which we have never received before.

I would definitely recommend Totel to anyone who requires a more personal service whilst still receiving a high level of support when required.
