We have been a customer of Totel Communications for over 5 years and have always been pleased with their account management and customer service.
For a short period we moved our business to Orange following an offer not to be refused. However, at the earliest opportunity we moved back to Totel partly because field reps were experiencing poor signal but mainly because of poor customer service being shown.
We are a local company to Totel and benefit from dealing direct with our account manager and not via a national call centre. As a Vodafone Premier Partner, Totel are able to offer us the best tariffs on our pricing plans and 24/7 support which we've not previously experienced from other providers.
I've always avoided moving to Blackberrys, but after being introduced to a device by our account manager and with their ongoing support and training, I now couldn't work without one. Next year we will be looking at rolling out Blackberrys to all of our field sales team linking them into our Salesforce CRM when on the road.
Their installation team also look after our hands free car kits for our field sales reps and are quick to respond to any faults.
I firmly recommend the services and benefits Totel can offer.
