We had been a direct Vodafone customer for a number of years, we were a little disappointed with the customer service we received, we could only speak to our account manager via the telephone which was not ideal.

I was invited to a BlackBerry event by Totel a couple of months ago, from the beginning I found Totel to be very helpful and very efficient.  We have now moved all our mobile contracts to Totel, the main reason for this was the excellent customer service we have received not only from our account manager Phil Bradshaw, but from the rest of the team as well.  Phil has ensured the changeover has been seamless.  Totel Solutions are skilled in many areas not only for their customer service skills but also their technical skills.

We have recently taken on 5 BlackBerry's and again the support for this has been second to none.  Totel is suited to anyone who wants fantastic customer service and wants to trust that savings are passed on to them.

Since joining them I have had many questions, all of which have been answered swiftly.

I would highly recommmend Totel.
